I have been teaching yoga for over 30 years and have experienced many types of meditative practices. This 14-day meditative journey is beautifully put together. It is well structured, and offers various meditative experiences in a form that is easy to digest. The guide‘s voice is perfect, the timing of the instructions excellent. The words chosen to guide me into a meditative state are few and simple enough to create a conducive atmosphere. The well chosen background music creates a synergistic energy, and even though my eyes were closed mostly, I appreciate the perfect video backdrop, and of course the written introduction to each new episode. All in all I highly recommend this perfectly executed and beautifully put together video course that will very likely introduce many grateful newcomers to the art of living life from a meditative place within.
