Founder of Meditate into Prosperity | Meditation Teacher | Energy Healer | Personal Growth Coach

Where I Come From

I was born in Hangzhou, a scenic city in Southeast China, into a modest and loving working-class family. My grandparents and parents were ordinary workers who instilled in me the values of resilience and integrity. My father began as a civil servant and later transitioned into the foreign trade sector—a shift that opened the door for me to study abroad.

At 17, I came to the UK alone in pursuit of education — but what unfolded was far more than chasing academic dreams. It became the beginning of a lifelong journey of inner exploration, healing, and transformation.

Academic and Professional Background

  • MSc in Economics & Management, London School of Economics and Political Science
  • Ph.D. in Public Health & Policy, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (Bloomsbury Colleges PhD Studentship recipient)
  • Former Research Scientist, University of Oxford, Medicine Quality Research Group
  • 14 years of academic research experience in global health and medicine quality

The Turning Point

In 2007, during my time at LSE, I began meditating to ease stress, sharpen focus, and gain clarity about life and myself. What started as a practical tool soon unfolded into a deeper journey of self-discovery.

After a 9-year marriage marked by emotional and psychological hardship, I made the courageous decision in May 2022 to leave and start anew as a single mother of two. This deeply personal journey became a catalyst for profound healing and reaffirmed my commitment to helping others rediscover their inner power. In November 2022, I took another leap of faith—leaving behind my academic career to fully dedicate myself to the path of healing, transformation, and the activation of human potential.

A Unique Blend of Science, Healing, and Inner Growth

I bring together scientific insight, lived experience, and integrative healing practices to support deep, lasting change. My professional qualifications include:

  • Certified Level-3 Meditation Teacher (Distinction), British School of Meditation – trained to work with both adults and children (0–18)
  • Certified Rahanni Celestial Energy Healing Practitioner – qualified to support adults, children, and expectant mothers
  • Personal Growth Coach – completed a yearlong coaching programme with the Proctor Gallagher Institute (2021–2022)
  • Over a decade of personal practice and exploration in 27+ Eastern and Western healing modalities

“True transformation begins when healing and growth move together.
Healing without growth is like a shell without a soul; growth without healing is like duckweed without roots.”

This principle lies at the heart of my work. Today, I guide others to reconnect with their essence, raise their energetic frequency, and create meaningful, sustainable change—through meditation, energy healing, and conscious coaching.

Multi-Talented & Creatively Rooted

I bring structure, depth, and intellectual rigour from my academic life into the world of healing, growth, and creative expression. My personal journey is deeply enriched by the arts and embodiment practices that continue to nourish me:

  • Yoga (since 2006)
  • Meditation (since 2007)
  • Tai Chi (since 2014)
  • Piano (since 2022)
  • Shamanic Drumming (since 2022)
  • Public Speaking (since 2023)
  • Singing (since 2025)
  • Writing, Photography, Calligraphy, Cooking,Nature Connection, Barefoot Grounding

These creative expressions aren’t just hobbies—they are an integral part of my healing, my teaching, and how I stay connected to presence and flow.

As a Mother and a Human

Since 2022, I’ve been raising my two children—Binghong and Bingtao—on my own. They were just five and three when I became a single mother. This path has been one of the deepest and most transformative initiations of my life.

Motherhood continues to teach me humility, presence, and unconditional love. I am especially passionate about supporting children and women—especially those navigating the early years of motherhood. My own experiences through pregnancy, parenting, and personal awakening have inspired a powerful mission: to help other mothers heal, grow, and thrive.

I hold safe, nourishing space for my children’s emotional, mental, and spiritual development—and bring that same compassion and insight into my work with others. Many of my offerings are specially designed for mothers, children, and families in transition.
