Jingying's signature Meditate into Prosperity (MiP) curriculum is built on over 15 years of extensive meditation practice, self-discovery, and personal growth research. This curriculum combines insights from her transformative journey with an in-depth understanding of the science of the human mind, the biology of belief systems, and the principles of manifestation. Designed for both children (post-KS2 SAT) and adults, these courses aim to guide participants along a path of inner peace, self-discovery, and transformation. They focus on harnessing the mind's power to not only improve life outcomes but also effectively realize personal aspirations and goals.

Foundation Level-1: Finding Your Centre

This course is aimed at complete beginners to meditation, as well as experienced meditators interested in exploring a variety of meditation styles. Whether you are new to meditation and curious about how it can benefit various aspects of your life, or if you have some preliminary experience and are passionate about understanding different schools and the science of meditation, this level is for you.

Course Objectives:

  • Explore various meditation styles to find the most suitable one.
  • Achieve effective relaxation and brainwave management.
  • Improve physical health, reduce stress and inflammation.
  • Emotional healing and vibration enhancement.
  • Develop awareness and understand the science behind meditation.
  • Manage stress, release negative emotions, and foster inner peace.

In this course, participants will embark on an exploratory journey through various meditation styles to find the one that resonates best with them. The course aims to centre participants, helping them achieve effective relaxation by understanding and managing brainwave states. Participants will learn how meditation can lead to a healthier body, reduced stress, inflammation, and emotional healing. Additionally, the course will cover the science behind meditation, stress management techniques, ways to release negative emotions, and methods to foster inner peace and body-mind connection. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to improve their energy levels, develop the power of awareness, and change negative self-talk.

Intermediate Level-2: Understanding Yourself for Growth

This course is aimed at individuals who have established a strong foundation in meditation or mindfulness and are now looking to dive deeper into self-discovery. If you are interested in changing subconscious programming and exploring the deeper powers of meditation, Level-2 Intermediate is tailored for you. It is designed to help you identify and release subconscious blocks, enabling you to become a fuller version of yourself.

  • Raise your vibration and unlock inner potential.
  • Release blocks hindering love, wealth, and prosperity.
  • Cultivate a positive mindset and shift limiting beliefs.
  • Enhance emotional mastery, social connections, and creativity.
  • Build confidence, self-belief, and empowerment.
  • Understand the interplay of the conscious and subconscious mind for better decision-making.


This course is designed for those ready to deepen their meditation practice and self-discovery journey. Participants will learn to unlock their inner potential and release subconscious blocks that hinder the reception of love, wealth, and prosperity. The course emphasizes raising vibration, cultivating a positive mindset, and expanding awareness to embrace one's true potential. Key focuses include deeper inner healing, shifting limiting beliefs, enhancing social connections, and emotional mastery. Participants will also explore ways to expand their creativity, build confidence, and achieve empowerment. Practical applications of meditation for stress management, decision-making, and achieving a relaxed and focused mind are also integral parts of this course.

Advanced Level-3: Transformation and Manifestation

This course is aimed at individuals who have a strong mindfulness foundation and a good understanding of both science and spirituality. It is ideal for those committed to personal growth and focused on expanding their intuition, creativity, and life purpose. Level-3 Advanced is for high achievers who want to utilize the power of their minds for making reality shifts or quantum jumps, whether they have clear visions and goals or are still in the process of discovering them.

Course Objectives:

  • Attain a higher level of consciousness and deep exploration of higher mental faculties.
  • Enhance intuition and creativity to align with life purpose.
  • Learn goal creation aligned with passion and vision.
  • Master techniques for successful and sustainable manifestation.
  • Distinguish between ego and inner consciousness (intuition) for effective manifestation.
  • Make quantum leaps and shift reality for personal and career growth.


Level-3 caters to those who have developed a solid foundation in mindfulness, science, and spirituality, and are committed to personal growth. The course focuses on achieving a higher level of consciousness and deep exploration of higher mental faculties. Participants will learn and apply various tools to access their subconscious powerhouse for creativity and goal achievement. The course will guide them in goal creation and achieving goals in tune with their passion and vision. It includes finding one's inner voice, distinguishing between ego and inner consciousness (intuition), and mastering effective manifestation techniques. The course will also cover strategies for achieving success and sustaining it, making quantum leaps, shifting reality, and upleveling performance in one's career.


Additional information:

MiP courses applying to:

  • Children after their 11th birthday or having taken the KS2 SAT tests (always accompanied by an adult)  
  •  Adults (age 18+) 

    Duration:

    • 5 consecutive weeks, 1 hour per week 

    Maximum intake: 

    • 8 people (places are first come first serve) 

    MiP Private (1-on-1) Courses: 

    • For clients completing all 3-level courses, they will receive a personalised meditation audio worth of £120 to support their on-going journey of inner growth and manifestation.  For clients with higher starting point, completing level-2&3 or just Level-3, personalised meditation audio can be purchased at half price of £60. 

    Terms and conditions (will be incorporated into the contract):

    • Commitment for 5 consecutive weeks
    • In circumstances where changes/delays occur, 72 hours notice is required  
    • Payment of half is required before the commencement of the course, the other half to pay before the start of Session 3. 

    Extra service (for private clients only):

    Heart-wall clearing (total investment £250) to release trapped emotions for abundance health, love, and happiness. The sessions follow Dr Bradley Nelson’s research and protocol outlined in “The Emotion Code”. The client may require 3-5 sessions depending on your subconscious programming. Each session may take 30 minutes to 1.5 hours (the subconscious mind decides how long it takes and how many trapped emotions to release with each session.)
